The CHARM Grant

The CHARM Grant is a revitalization initiative designed to enhance the visual appeal of local businesses in Grant County. This program provides $1,000 in matching funds for small but impactful beautification projects that contribute to the charm and vibrancy of our community.

With a total budget of $5,000 and ten applications in the first week, we are now closing submissions. Winners will be notified soon, and we invite everyone to apply when funding is available again!

The application will open for submissions again when funds are available. Please follow us online to stay updated!

Eligible Projects include exterior physical enhancements such as:

  • Signage & storefront updates

  • Murals & exterior painting

  • Landscaping improvements

  • Awning replacements

  • Façade upgrades

  • Sidewalk & exterior repairs

Eligibility – All local Grant County businesses are encouraged to apply! Priority is given to:

  • Businesses in downtown areas

  • Projects with high visibility & community impact

Project Completion – All projects must be implemented within 90 days of receiving funds.
