The CHARM Grant

The CHARM Grant is a revitalization initiative designed to enhance the visual appeal of local businesses in Grant County. This program provides $1,000 in matching funds for small but impactful beautification projects that contribute to the charm and vibrancy of our community.

With a total budget of $5,000, this funding cycle will allow five local businesses to receive grant support.

This grant will remain available on a rolling basis until all funds have been awarded.

Eligible Projects include exterior physical enhancements such as:

  • Signage & storefront updates

  • Murals & exterior painting

  • Landscaping improvements

  • Awning replacements

  • Façade upgrades

  • Sidewalk & exterior repairs

Eligibility – All local Grant County businesses are encouraged to apply! Priority is given to:

  • Businesses in downtown areas

  • Projects with high visibility & community impact

Project Completion – All projects must be implemented within 90 days of receiving funds.
