Community Job Fair
Recognizing the need to attract and develop talent in Grant County, the Growth Council regularly partners with the Marion–Grant County Chamber of Commerce, Grant County WorkOne, Gas City Area Chamber of Commerce, and Marion Public Library to host a monthly Community Job Fair.
Not only do the Community Job Fairs connect local employers with top talent in the area, but they also include soft skill training opportunities, résumé help, and interview prep for attendees.
